The responsibilities of the BoR include:

• Represents all members of the Vietnam Education Foundation Fellows Association (VEFFA) in communicating with VEF and with the public.
• Initiates and executes an action plan that serves the goals of the organization for the term in service, including planning the VEFFA meeting and election in the VEF Fellows’ annual conference.
• Facilitates a supportive environment that encourages community activities and promotes fellows initiatives.
• Deploys and coordinates the efforts of all fellows in building the community.
• Develops strategic plans and next steps to ensure a continuous and sustainable growth of the organization.
